Dear Conkrites, partners, and friends around the world,
It is with great joy that I introduce you to Joy. Her name is made up because no one knows her real one. She was abandoned on the streets, left to face the worst, whether by the train, animals, or any other threat. But fate had a different plan.
We don’t know the full story of how Joy ended up alone on the streets, but we do know that she was rescued just a short while ago. At only 18 months old estimated, she was found. We don’t know how long she had been on the streets or what she had endured. But when we visited the orphanage, her eyes met mine, and in that instant, I felt her soul, and I could not resist.
After many discussions with our teams and local leaders, we have made a decision; one that reflects our deepest values. Joy deserves more than just survival; she deserves a family, a future, and a name she can carry with pride.
“Dear Nicolas @ Conkrite, I am so happy how quickly God is helping your team be a blessing to us, now, as you have said this is not about Chairty, it is all about legacy, now Joy Conkrite is at peace, and her destiny assured.’ Joshua, Director @ Sprouting again children’s home”
On behalf of Conkrite Capital Kenya, and all of us at Conkrite Capital Global, I am honored to introduce you to Joy Conkrite. No person should be without a last name, no one should be discarded like trash. Everyone deserves a family, a group to call their own. Today, we welcome Joy into ours. We give her not just a name, but a promise: to guide her, to protect her, and to ensure she walks toward a brighter future.
We cannot judge the circumstances that brought her to us. But what we do know is this – her past misfortune has led her to a new beginning. And she is exactly where she is meant to be.
Welcome, Joy Conkrite.
