October 1st, 2025 | Tana River County, Kenya. Conkrite Capital, in partnership with the Tana River County Government, has officially commenced logistical and infrastructure works for Organic City, the landmark Garden of Eden project in East Africa.
This first phase includes:
- Road Opening: Earthworks have begun on the access road leading directly into the Organic City site.
- DEEP-Soil Sampling: Comprehensive soil tests are underway to ensure high-quality agricultural output and structural stability for future developments.
- Entrance Preparation: Materials and logistics for the iconic Organic City entrance arch and landscaping are in process, with ribbon cutting ceremonies scheduled for late fall.
Official visit is scheduled to personally oversee the next phase of work, including community engagements and strategic meetings with government leadership.
Officials welcomed the development, noting: “The people of Tana River are ready for transformation. Organic City is the beginning of a new future for our county and Kenya.”
This milestone marks the transition from planning to physical implementation, securing Tana River’s position as the future hub of agro-industrial innovation and sustainable living in Africa.
